Frank J. Cervone, DMD
Dr. Cervone has served as a director of the Bank since December, 1996. He is a long-time resident of Jacksonville Beach where he has an established Endodontic Practice that has been serving the Beaches community since 1990. Dr. Cervone holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh, a D.M.D. Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and a specialty designation in Endodontics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Barry W. Chandler, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Chandler has a long and stellar career in the banking industry. He has served as President of the Bank since 1996 and as Chief Executive Officer since April, 2000. Mr. Chandler's bank experience dates back to 1968, when he worked as a trainee at the old American National Bank. Since 1973, Mr. Chandler has served in the following capacities for area banks: Senior Vice President of Ponte Vedra National Bank, Vice President at SunTrust Bank, and Senior Vice President of Ocean State Bank. Mr. Chandler is a graduate of the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia.

Donald F. Glisson, Jr. 
Mr. Glisson has been a director of the Bank since 1996 and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for the bank’s holding company, Atlantic BancGroup. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Triad Financial Services, Inc., a 100 plus employee consumer finance company based in Jacksonville, Florida. Triad Financial has been ranked as one of the top fastest growing companies in Florida by the University of Florida and has also been ranked by the Jacksonville Business Journal as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in Northeast Florida. Mr. Glisson is one of three winners of the 2001 Jim Moran Institute's Entrepreneurial Excellence Award, an award created by the Florida State University College of Business to recognize the importance and achievement of Florida's outstanding entrepreneurs who have been financially successful while also giving back to their community. Mr. Glisson is very active in a host of civic and economic endeavors, including the Beaches Episcopal School. Mr. Glisson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University.

Robin Scheiderman, CPA/MA
Ms. Scheiderman, a native of Jacksonville, has served as a director of the Bank since 1996 and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for Oceanside Bank. She has owned and operated her own accounting firm in St. Augustine, Florida since 1992. Prior to that, she served as the Chief Financial Officer for the California College for Health Sciences. In addition, Ms. Scheiderman served as Director of Taxes for Florida Rock Industries, Inc., a Jacksonville firm. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner in the state of Florida. Ms. Scheiderman received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of North Florida.

G. Keith Watson, Esquire
Mr. Watson has been a director of the Bank since 1996. He is a founding member and senior partner of the law firm of Watson, Dykes & Schloth, P.A. and is also the President of Keith Watson Title Services, Inc. His law firm focuses on real estate, probate, and estate planning law. Mr. Watson is a resident of Ponte Vedra Beach. He was a scholarship athlete in tennis and was named one of the original inductees into the Jacksonville University Athletic Hall of Fame. He received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from Jacksonville University and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida.

Conrad L. Williams, DVM (Retired)
Dr. Williams has been a member of the Board of Directors for Oceanside Bank since 1996. He is a retired veterinarian, who has been a resident of the Jacksonville Beaches community since 1959. His involvement with community banks dates back to 1968, when he joined the Board of Directors for Ocean State Bank. He served on the Board until 1990, when the bank was purchased by C&S Bank. Dr. Williams holds two undergraduate degrees, one from Louisiana Tech University and one from the University of Florida. Dr. Williams received his DVM degree from the University of Georgia, College of Veterinary Medicine. In addition to his work with the Board of Directors, Dr. Williams is also an accomplished artist.

Dennis M. Wolfson
Mr. Wolfson is a director of Atlantic BancGroup. He has been a director of the Bank since 1996. Mr. Wolfson is a lifelong resident of Jacksonville. Mr. Wolfson is self-employed as a licensed real estate broker primarily handling commercial net leased properties. Mr. Wolfson serves on the board of Wolfson Children’s Hospital. Mr. Wolfson attended Bentley College and Boston University. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.
